What is Payflex?
Payflex is a Nigerian platform for buying data and airtime and paying electricity, cable TV and exam bills from one wallet. It is owned and operated by Techsett Technologies Limited.
How do I fund my wallet?
Each account gets a dedicated bank account number. Transfer to it from any Nigerian bank app and your wallet is credited automatically.
Is it safe to keep money in my Payflex wallet?
Every purchase needs your transaction PIN, repeated wrong PINs lock purchases on the account, and sign-ins are monitored for unusual activity.
What happens if a purchase fails?
If a provider rejects a purchase, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically. If a transaction stays pending, contact support with the reference.
Can I sell data and airtime with Payflex?
Yes. Upgrade to a reseller account for lower prices and resell to your customers, or earn referral commission by inviting friends.
How do I contact support?
